rick@richardandreoli.com BioI'm a writer living in Los Angeles. My first book, Mondo Homo: Your Essential Guide to Queer Pop Culture came out in late 2004 and was a nice success. It got me on TV. I love being on TV because I look snacky on camera.
I have also written for magazines like The Advocate, Cargo, Los Angeles Confidential, Frontiers, IN Los Angeles, and lots of other pubs. In 2006 I wrote for two television shows: Fashion House starring Bo Derek and Morgan Fairchild, and American Heiress; this last show is still running on MyNetworkTV stations across the country.
Currently, I'm writing lots of stuff-- scripts for TV shows and movies, a book project, some magazine article to pay the mortgage, etc.
It's kind of crazy but fun and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
